    I have an unoccupied but furnished third floor for rent. The bedroom has a full-sized bed, dresser, and bookshelves; the adjacent "sitting room" has a comfortable chair, desk-and-chair, and walk in closet for storage. The full bathroom is just at the base of the stairs that go up to the third floor. The rental includes kitchen privileges, WIFI, and utilities. There is free on-street parking and garage to store a bicycle. This home is an easy commute to NIH. The walk to the Bethesda metro (one stop from NIH) takes approximately 15 minutes and bus stops to/from NIH are two blocks away. The drive takes about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. My home has pets (one elderly small dog and three cats). I prefer renting for shorter terms (i.e., several months to several weeks). Smoking not allowed. I can be reached at
