    June 15, contract end Sept 30. I will prorate the rent for the number of days out of the total.


    Discount Details (upfront discount of contract term difference): I am selling my contract for a reduced price and will provide the amount difference in rent when you sign it at the apartment leasing office.  The contract ends September 30th.  From there you are granted a month-to-month lease and can leave at will, after giving 30 days notice to the complex.  You are free to end the contract on September 30th.  You will be a full resident of the complex, rather than a sublet.

    NIH & Walter reed are accessible by taking nearby 410 east-west highway to 355. If you take the shortcut through Jones Mill->Jones Bridge->Center Drive, you can make it to the west side of the NIH in 13 minutes at times. I used to live in Chevy Chase, and due to lower traffic, I find that it's much faster. It's a bit cheaper too, since it's not sitting on 355 (although just as close to the NIH).
